Expensive Democracy

I believe the Western Nations are spending themselves in to oblivion. Where as the vast majority of the world can function on 20% of GDP Western Nations need 60% of GDP to function. There public services and infrastructure are expensive and consuming. Putting at risk all that democracy stands for.
